Searching for Missing Children

Every missing child deserves to be searched for. A powerful resource for every missing child is that child's community. Properly trained and organized, a community can put thousands of eyes and ears out looking for a missing child. In the past, the LAURA RECOVERY CENTER organized over 100 large scale community based searches for missing children and assisted over 1,700 families with missing children. Unfortunately, the LRC has discontinued this service. However, the structure and knowledge used to organize these searches is still available through our LRC Manual.
